Haha that's great! I've heard that before, and always wondered the same thing. I think it's a conspiracy to keep you buying hot dogs. If you run out of hot dogs, you buy more to finish the buns. Then you have to buy more buns to finish the hot dogs you just bought. The only way you can beat the system is to buy 40 of each at a time. It's crazy!
